Why I started VERITUS
Most organizations do not have a security tooling problem. They have a leadership and prioritization problem.
After nearly 20 years leading identity, cloud, and cybersecurity programs inside regulated enterprises, I’ve seen the same pattern repeat. Tools pile up. Decisions become reactive. Risk gets harder to explain, not easier to manage.
VERITUS provides senior, board-ready cybersecurity leadership for organizations that need clarity around risk, priorities, and defensible decisions. It’s about connecting security strategy to real business outcomes.
Background
With nearly 20 years of experience across financial services, healthcare, and large enterprise environments, I work with CISOs and CIOs to design and execute identity-first security strategies that scale. My focus is on practical outcomes, not theory.
My background includes leading large-scale IAM, Zero Trust, and cloud security initiatives across global organizations. I have partnered closely with executive teams to align security programs with business priorities, improve risk visibility, and accelerate secure transformation.
Selected work
Led the global design and implementation of a Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution for a multinational pharmaceutical company, securing access across global sites.
Built security by design infrastructure for a global media company, with cloud workload segmentation and microsegmentation that cut deployment time from days to 15 minutes.
Engineered a third party risk management framework and an enterprise cyber risk assessment program for a global US airline.
Implemented IAM frameworks in Azure and GCP to enforce security policies and manage identity lifecycles at a major US bank.
